Training in the park all evening with Sam, then when we got back here we worked a little more on some kicking and got some video so I could assess it and see where I was going wrong.
I’ve been focusing on my problem areas when it comes to kicking. Like the jumping spinning kick here. Trying to close down an area and reclaim a steady guard afterward is difficult so it’s nice to see just where I’m going wrong.
The last kick is a dead give away for that, my legs are all wrong.
Focusing on specific problem areas is really nice, granted this isn’t as much of problem as other kicking areas. But still.
Kenpo above all else forever.

Also, I’ve deactivated my Facebook account temporarily just so I can focus on training and finish some projects off. I didn’t go on for about the week before hand anyway. I’ll be back in a week or so I guess.
